Boulaouane: a rare combination of exotic flavours…
More than a meal: Boulaouane invites you on a voyage of exotic flavours. Orient or Occident, they will reveal the fruit and character of Boulaouane, the wine for sunny cuisine.

Preparation

1. Heat the oil in a stewpot. Brown the ground beef with the onions. Next add the celery, mushroom, carrots, cabbage, chicken bouillon, chili and soy sauce.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer.
3. Season to taste.
4. To thicken the sauce, dilute the corn starch in a little water, then add to the stewpot.
5. Serve with Thai rice.
Tip: For the chicken bouillon, use ready-made cubes!

Serves 6 people

1 kg of ground beef
1 stalk of celery cut into cubes
150 g of sliced black mushrooms
2 carrots cut into round slices
25 cl of chicken bouillon
100 g of Chinese cabbage
4 onions
1 large green chili
2 tblsp of soy sauce
1 tblsp of corn starch
1 tblsp of cooking oil
Salt, pepper, long grain Thai rice
