Boulaouane Blush,
the wine for sunny cuisine!
Boulaouane Blush is a perfect blend of different
varietals,
including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Syrah
and Grenache Gris, still harvested in artisanal
fashion on our properties in Morocco. Round and
balanced, this rosé
wine has aromas
of brioche,
honey and tropical fruits.
Its characteristic, light colour is obtained by
what is known as "rosé
vinification":
after picking and sorting the grapes, vinification
takes place such that the grape skins are not
in contact with the juice of the same grapes.
Served cold,
it is the perfect complement to spicy recipes
of Northern Africa, grilled meats during the summer
or your favourite exotic dishes like paella or
moussaka!
